Ye can’t say fairer than that – great example of engaging with twitter… considering how many get it wrong.
@Christian @David It’s a shame to see so many ending up spamming rather than interacting. Am pleased to see at least one company that seem to know what they’re doing, putting a real person behind the account is key I think.

Best thing about it (and the only thing that would make me actually click the link) is that the Tweet wasn’t ‘via API’. Very smart people there, great interaction.
